This soundscape project, "Into the Zone: The Sounds That Drive Focus," explores the often-overlooked sounds that guide me from pre-game nerves to complete game-day focus. Through subtle cues—from the hum of the locker room and the echo of cleats in the tunnel to the rising energy of the crowd—each sound serves as an anchor, preparing me mentally and physically. This project captures the moments before the first whistle, revealing how these unnoticed sounds create a rhythm that drives me forward, helping me to overcome doubts and enter a state of readiness.
